Why ruin an amazing affair when he’s leaving after the new year?

Her new Christmas wish: Gunner accepts and loves her for who she really is.

Review:

When I first saw this book, I thought it was very cool. I absolutely loved the cover - just like most of InkSpell Publishing covers really- and so I decided to read it. The synopsis was interesting, and it also made me go back to book one and read that before continuing onto this one, books on celebrities and actors don't always interest me, but I really liked it in this case!

Jen doesn't do well on planes, so needless to say she makes an absolute cake of herself on the plane next to the most gorgeous man she's ever met. Surprisingly, he doesn't think her insane and wants to go out with her. Thing is Jen doesn't want Gunner to really know who she is because she enjoys how he's treating her now. What Jen doesn't know is that even Gunner has a secret. But which one is worse? And which one can actually ruin their relationship?

What I didn't like about this book was how soon the characters developed feelings for one another, which was very soon. That and, in retrospect it felt very short. However, ignoring that and thinking of how it was intended - as a fun Christmas-y read, it served its purpose quite well. I hate that the protagonists weren't fully developed, in a way that, you got to know more on their history. That would have helped make it longer and much more engaging.

I still enjoyed it very much, the author's style was great! I loved the book and loved the characters. Plus, I'm always fond of family books, and this one is such a good read for Christmas time!

Author's Bio:

Sasha is  part gypsy. Her passions have always been storytelling, Hollywood, history,  and travel. It’s no surprise that her books include a little of each. Her  first play, ‘Greek Gods and Goddesses’ was written for her Girl Scout troupe.  She’s been writing ever since. She loves getting lost in the worlds and  characters she creates; even if she frequently forgets to run the dishwasher  or wash socks when she’s doing so. Luckily, her four brilliant children and  hero-inspiring hubby are super understanding and supportive.
