When I was sent an email about joining this tour my first answer was no, because I had seriously too many tours for this month and wanted nothing more than to stop and rest for a bit. But then I am not sure why I checked out the tour page and read what it was about. The next thing I know I am requesting to join this tour and no way would I not take a part in it.

As I've mentioned before, I really love mythology and legends. Greek mythology in particular is one of my favourites. And starting from last year Theseus, Ariadne and the minotaur became one of my absolute favourite stories, so really is it any wonder why I was adamant about joining this tour? Plus, let's face it, did you see the beautiful cover and title? If it weren't for my interest in the story itself I'd have joined just for those two.

This is a great retelling of the famous story of Theseus and the Minotaur. The writing made it feel modern and approachable, like an actual story happening not the myths and legends you hear but aren't sure whether they're true or not. It humanized Theseus to and gave a unique approach to his love story with Ariadne.

I quite enjoyed this story and Greta's writing! A great read!

Rating: 4/5
